About Anita
I am a Registered Midwife, Nurse and Integrative Medicine Practitioner with 30 years of clinical experience including acute clinical practice in hospital and community settings, education and private practice. During this time I have witnessed the power of the mind-body connection, especially for women during pregnancy, labour and birth. There are many complementary therapies available to support you through the journey of motherhood. I offer care using naturopathic principles, aromatherapy, acupressure, midwifery acuneedling and energy medicines of Reiki and Pellowah.
My care is individualised, heart-centred and intuitive, balanced with the principles of evidence-based modern medicine. The integrated medicine approach means your care is collaborative with you primary care giver and most importantly, your personal wishes are of utmost importance.
