Birth Preparation

Prime your mind and body for birth from 38 weeks by indulging in self care before life gets super busy as a new mum. This treatment starts with a relaxing foot bath and reflexology foot massage while you enjoy some herbal tea. Follow with a full body side lying massage with use of acupressure/acuneedling points to encourage labour, using a specific aromatherapy blend and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

This treatment includes a blissful Reiki treatment to balance body, mind & spirit in preparation for motherhood.

2 hour initial consultation $180

90 minute booster session $120

Post Natal Wellness –Nurturing the New Mum

Now bub's here, how are you? Post natal care is about checking in with your diet, mood and energy support. Perhaps you need some reflexology, acuneedling, a shoulder massage or breastfeeding support? It's totally customisable to your individual needs. Home visits may be available (travel costs apply)
